Judith A. Goodrich

Judith (Batross) Goodrich, 72 of Zanesville, Ohio, passed away peacefully with her sister at her side at 5:15 PM, Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at The Oaks at Bethesda in Zanesville. She was born April 26, 1948, in Zanesville, the daughter of the late Joseph Batross, Sr. and Georgia (Keck) Batross, and was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, where she was a member of the choir.

She was a graduate of Rosecrans High School, and served as manager of the Snack Bar for the Blind Services while living in Michigan.

She is survived by her husband: Raymond of Sierra Vista, AZ; one sister: Bonita Batross Baum of Zanesville; two brothers: Martin Batross of Columbus and Timothy Batross of TN; one sister-in-law: Sally (Meisner) Batross and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother: Joseph Batross, Jr.; one sister-in-law: Jean (Candy) Batross; one brother-in-law: Richard Baum.

Friends may call Wednesday, July 22, 2020, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, at the Hillis, Combs & Nestor Funeral Home, 935 Forest Avenue, Zanesville, where a Christian Vigil will be held at 3:45 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 23, 2020, at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 925 East Main Street, Zanesville, with Fr. Martin J. Ralko as celebrant. Burial will follow at a later date in Mt.
