W.A.G.S. 4 Kids to Host Once Upon a Time Princess Party

DUNCAN FALLS, OH – In a kingdom not so far away, Working Animals Giving Service for Kids is preparing a magical gathering that’s set to dazzle children throughout the land.

On Saturday, February 10th, from 1 to 4 PM, an enchanting Once Upon a Time Princess Party will unfold at 238 Mound Road in Duncan Falls. W.A.G.S. 4 Kids, an organization dedicated to providing service dogs for children across Northeast Ohio, is calling all young princesses to join in this special celebration.

“It is a princess party. Girls can come get their hair, their makeup, and their nails done. Then, they get a portrait at the end when they’re all dolled up,” W.A.G.S. 4 Kids Parent and Volunteer, Savannah Gottke said.

For just $20, attendees will be treated to a royal makeover. This magical event is more than just a day of pampering, it’s a chance to support a noble cause. All proceeds from the princess party will go to W.A.G.S. 4 Kids, supporting their mission to provide mobility, autism, and psychiatric service dogs to children.

Savannah Gottke, a dedicated volunteer at W.A.G.S 4 Kids, shared a touching testament to the positive impact a service dog made on her son, Ryder.

“Ryder was nonverbal. He didn’t have a lot of words. Watching him with Xander (service dog), he’ll do the hand signs, and he’ll say things like “sit down” and he’ll talk to his dog. He’s got a lot of language from that, and he’s able to communicate what he needs to Xander which has been awesome to watch,” Gottke said.
