James “Korey” Stewart

James “Korey” Bradley Stewart age 37, of Cambridge, OH passed away Thursday, August 22, 2024 as a result of a motorcycle accident. He was born August 16, 1987 in Cambridge, OH a son of Teresa St. Clair Stewart and James B. (Jackie) Stewart all of New Concord, OH.

Korey was a 2005 graduate of John Glenn High School and earned a nursing degree from Mid-East Career Center. He loved his two dogs Klyde and Koop. Also, Korey enjoyed shopping, makeup, and music. He was a huge Britney Spears fan. To say that Korey was full of life would be an understatement. He always wore a smile and had the most genuine laugh. Korey was upbeat and referred to as loud and proud. He most treasured being with his family, especially his nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Harry St. Clair and paternal grandfather James Stewart.

In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory are his siblings Kody (Kacie) Stewart of Norwich, OH, twin sisters Kaylee Stewart of New Concord and Kylee (Hayden Lowry) Stewart of Cambridge; his very special nieces and nephews Chase, Caitlyn, Carlee and Benson Stewart; maternal grandmother Barbara Clagett of Cambridge and paternal grandmother Shirley Harper of Frazeysburg, OH.

Cremation will be observed, and a celebration of Korey’s Life is being planned for a later date. In keeping with Korey’s caring nature as a nurse, he has given the gift of life through organ donation.
