Park National Bank Named Best in Ohio by Forbes for 2024

Forbes has named Park National Bank the number one best bank in Ohio on their 2024 list of America’s Best Banks. This ranking comes after a nationwide survey of over 26,000 U.S. citizens, focusing on five key areas including customer service, fees, digital offerings, financial services, and trust in their advisor. Park secured the top spot in Ohio, proving their dedication to putting customers first.

“It’s great. What’s really great is it’s for our associates. They’re so dedicated and committed to doing this day in and day out. We don’t always have this type of recognition, and I’m really happy for them. It reassures you that what we’re doing is working, and we hear that from the customers. We don’t just assume that’s what’s happening,” Park National Bank-Zanesville President Pat Nash said.

This recognition highlights the bank’s continued commitment to providing excellent service and its strong ties to community involvement, which sets them apart as a trusted financial partner across the state.

“What sets us apart is our community involvement and our support. When I say support, in 2023, all of our associates donated their time, attended events, and the total was over 4,700 hours in 2023 with of all of our associates. Obviously, we write a lot of checks too. That’s going to continue. Through nine months this year, we’re on track to surpass that. We see 2024 even better than 2023,” Nash said.
