Beverly Ferguson

Beverly Sue Ferguson, 86, of New Lexington, peacefully died in the late-night hours of Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at the New Lexington Care and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born on March 28, 1938, one of seven children to the late Harry and Evelyn (Duncan) Ferguson.

Sue was an incredibly delightful, spirited and joyful soul, always having a smile on her face and a laugh to share. She was a beloved resident of the New Lexington Care and Rehab for over 20 years, she could always be seen coloring pictures, doing her word puzzles or embroidering. She will be dearly missed by her family and her friends.

Left behind to mourn her passing are her sister, Anna Marie Street and a whole host of 16 nieces and nephews, and many great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Beverly Sue is preceded in death by her siblings, Mary Skeenes, Maxine Reed, James Henry Ferguson, Thomas Ferguson and Terry Ferguson.

Graveside and committal services will be held Friday, November 1, 2024, at Zion Cemetery in Portersville at 1:00 PM, with calling hours starting one hour prior at Goebel Funeral Home, 36 N. Buckeye St., Crooksville.
