James Russell Marshall

ZANESVILLE

James Russell Marshall, 72 of Zanesville, passed away December 5, 2016. He was born December 28, 1943 in Zanesville, OH a son of the late Denzil and Ruth Ford Marshall. He retired from McGraw Edison and was a member of the Zanesville Christian Missionary Alliance Church. He served in the United States Marine Corp.

He is survived by his wife Carol Morrow Marshall; a daughter Lori (Troy) Nichols of Dresden; sisters Brenda (Jim) Mackall and Cathy (Ron) Stevens; two grandchildren T.J. and Kristen Nichols; and his special cat Dinky.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Rita Vandenbark and his brother Bill Marshall.

Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM Thursday, December 8, 2016 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Friday, December 9, 2016 with Pastor Andy Winters officiating at the Zanesville Christian Missionary Alliance Church, 545 Richey Road, Zanesville, OH with calling hours one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park will full military honors by the VFW Post 1058 and American Legion Post 29.
