Y-City Barbershop Chorus Ready to Hit the High C’s
CAMBRIDGE, OH – It’s smooth sailing ahead for music lovers in our area.
The Y-City Barbershop Chorus is preparing to take the stage with their show Harmony on the High C’s. This family-friendly matinee will bring audiences familiar songs performed in their signature acapella style, and much more.
“We have a guest quartet coming in, and there will be a parade of quartets in addition to the chorus singing. So, there’s a lot of variety involved in the show.” Treasurer of the Chapter, Duane Deal said.
The show is set for Sunday, September 28th from 3 to 5 P.M. at the Pritchard Laughlin Civic Center in Cambridge. Tickets cost $15 for adults and $8 for students. The audience can expect plenty of harmony, fun, and laughter throughout the afternoon.
“There will be a lot of laughter, fun, beautiful music, and tight Barbershop chords. It’s great to listen to.” Board Member, Jeff Moore, said. “The chorus loves to perform, and the chorus loves the community. This is the main event for the year, and we’re all looking forward to it.” Deal said.
