Carr Center Golf Outing Brings Support

ZANESVILLE, OH – Clubs were swinging and hearts were giving at Eaglesticks Golf Club today, all in support of The Carr Center.
Sixteen teams hit the greens today for The Carr Center’s annual golf outing. Proceeds from the event benefit The Carr Center programs including their pediatric speech department, toddler enrichment program, adult day care, Safety Town, and many others that touch lives across the area.
“These programs are incredibly important to our community. A lot of our families depend on them. Whether it helps them with their speech or helps them with their care givers. Every single dollar counts for us.” Executive Director of The Carr Center, Katie Graham said.
The Carr Center says they’re grateful for the community’s support, and that’s what allows them to keep growing and reaching more families each year.
“It’s definitely humbling. Every year, people come and show up for us. We’re grateful and it just makes us really happy to live in a community that’s so supportive.” Graham said.
