Less than a week left to nominate women for YMCA’s 2026 Women of Achievement awards
ZANESVILLE, OH- Less than a week is left to submit your nominations for the YMCA’s 2026 Women of Achievement awards. The awards honor local women who make a lasting impact in Muskingum County.
The annual Women of Achievement event will be held , at 6 p.m. This special evening honors local women who inspire, lead, and uplift our community; women who exemplify strength, compassion, and achievement across all areas of life.
Nominees must live or work in Muskingum County and demonstrate a commitment to empowering women and giving back to the community. Awards are not given posthumously.
Recipients will be selected by a panel of past honorees and community leaders, based on the information provided by nominators. Organizers encourage detailed submissions that highlight specific examples of each nominee’s impact.
Nominations are due by 5 p.m. .
Organizers are also seeking sponsors for the event, with proceeds benefiting the YMCA Livestrong program, which supports cancer survivors.
