World-Famous Peking Acrobats to Perform at Secrest Auditorium

ZANESVILLE, OH – An unforgettable night of high-flying entertainment is coming to Zanesville.
The Zanesville Concert Association says the world-famous Peking Acrobats will perform Wednesday, February 25th at 7 p.m. inside the Secrest Auditorium. These talented Chinese acrobats are known for breathtaking entertainment, performing daring maneuvers and showcasing incredible skill in trick cycling, precision tumbling, juggling, and gymnastics.
“These are the Peking Acrobats. They were founded in 1986 and they have performed all over the world. They do amazing acts of tumbling, juggling, and trick cycling. It’s just an amazing opportunity to see this kind of performance in person here in Zanesville.” Zanesville Concert Association Booking Agent, Sheryl Wise said.
The performance is also accompanied by live musicians, who play traditional Chinese instruments. The music helps bring each act to life and adds to the excitement on stage.
“People can expect any kind of physical act with juggling and even balancing on multiple chairs. They set a world record with 20 chairs stacked on top of each other with people balancing on them. One of the most exciting things is that they are bringing live musicians with them. So, in addition to the feast for the eyes, we’re going to have authentic Chinese instruments along with the performance.” Wise said.
Tickets for the Peking Acrobats are available now and can be purchased online, at the door, or by calling (740) 588-0871.
