ZPD announced drug trafficking charge against Jodi Bottomley

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – A Zanesville woman was arrested yesterday and is now facing one count of trafficking in drugs. According to the Zanesville Police Department, Jodi Bottomley is currently being held in the Zanesville City Jail and will be arraigned on Thursday in municipal court.

She faces the potential for a second-degree felony for allegedly trafficking methamphetamine in the vicinity of a school zone. Her arrest was the result of a joint drug trafficking operation by the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office and the Zanesville Police Department’s Joint Drug Program, the Central Ohio Drug Enforcement Task Force, and the Ohio Counter Drug Program.
