Coshocton Man Charged With Sending Explicit Text

The Coshocton County Sheriff Office says a man is in custody charged with sending a 12-year-old boy explicit text messages. Sheriff Timothy Rogers says 37-year-old Joseph Puchella of Coshocton was taken into custody on Sunday. He’s charged with importuning solicitation to engage in sexual activity with a person less than 13 years of age. The Sheriff says the arrest came after a nine week investigation which included Sheriff Deputies posing as the 12-year-old juvenile. The suspect is being held in the Coshocton County Justice Center pending a bond hearing in Municipal Court.
