County Auditor releases Muskingum County Popular Annual Financial Report

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Muskingum County Auditor Tina Huebner has announced a first-of-its-kind report called the Muskingum County Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR).

The report provides an overview of revenue sources, how the funds are used, the county’s financial position, economic trends, and county improvements. The data covers the 2025 calendar year and references data from the Muskingum County Annual Comprehensive Financial Report.

“I hope this report provides a helpful overview of the County’s finances and promotes a greater understanding of how public funds are managed,” Huebner wrote in the report.
