Rotary 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- Christmas celebrations and traditions are almost in full-swing and a local organization is kicking off one of their annual holiday traditions.

The Day-Break and Noon Rotary Clubs 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway is back. For either five dollars per ticket or three tickets for 10 dollars there are an array of prizes that can be won. Don Mason, President of Noon Rotary, says this year the clubs are giving away over $14,500 worth of prizes.

“The prizes include such things as a golfing opportunity – a package, as well as televisions – big 55 inch screens, Winerak baskets, gift certificates from many of the banks and financial institutions within our community. Basically, they’re gifts of love.”

And the gift of love is something that continues to give. Both Rotary Clubs will use the proceeds to help out the community.

“That money goes towards our charitable needs. For example, the Zanesville club will spend that money towards gifts and items for children or other charitable events,” said Mason. “And the morning club has their causes.”

Tickets go on sale December 6th and can be bought through December 22nd. Tickets can be purchased from any Rotarian. Winners will be picked daily at 8:10 a.m. on Zaneville’s Classic Hits Station Y107.3. Winners will also be listed on www.wybz.com.
