EMA: Floodgates Up in Roseville

The Muskingum County Emergency Management Agency says there is flooding issues in Roseville.  Director Jeff Jadwin says officials brought up the floodgates  in an effort to help the situation.  Jadwin says flooding is being reported on Elk Run Road, Brushcreek-Canellville Road, Lambert Road, Frist Street and the Village of Rosefarm. Jadwin says with rain in the forecast conditions are likely to worsen before they improve.
