Doggie Day: Captain

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- It’s Tuesday so that means it’s Doggie Day and we want you to meet Captain who’s waiting to steer his way into your home.

Captain has been at the Adoption Center since December. Dog Deputy Brittany Calihan said he’s about three to four years old. Captain came to the center as stray, but is fun loving and will do well in any home where he will be the only dog.

“He’s a big teddy bear. He’s a big baby,” said Calihan. “He just hangs out in his bed. He likes toys. We have pig ears so he loves pig ears. So he’s just a good boy.”

Captain’s adoption fee is $105. He is up to date on his shots and is scheduled to be neutered.

His brother Fred already found his furever home and now he’s ready to be the captain of your heart.
