Save on Your Cell Phone Bills

Cell phone bills can quickly add up, making them an expensive problem.

Misty Harris from the Zanesville Sprint store has some tips on how to keep those bills low.

“We’re just trying to get some key points out to everyone, no matter who they’re with, what they can do,” said Harris. “Consolidating individual plans into a family plan can save you anywhere from 25-50%. Going from a la carte features such as texting per line you can do some of the all inclusive plans.”

Harris says building a relationship with your local wireless provider store is key.

“If you have a good working relationship you can just pop in anytime,” she said. “If you have that working relationship, they’ll tell you everything that they can to get you a little less cost.”

Harris says calling the 1-800 number for your service provider can be a pain. She says it’s much easier to come in to the store and have a face to face conversation with a customer service representative.
