Z-ville Men Charged In Huntington West Virginia Drug Case

Two Zanesville men have now been charged by federal officials in connection with a plan to sell marijuana in the Huntington, West Virginia area. The U.S Attorney’s Office out of West Virginia says Jacob Dodson and Jason Luburgh along with an Ironton and Columbus man are accused of conspiring to distribute pot in the Huntington area between 2007 and 2009. Both Zanesville men are expected to plead guilty on September 13th in U.S. District Court in Huntington. Dodson faces 10 years to life in prison, while Luburgh could receive up to 20 years in prison when sentenced. Last month, in a separate case, Russell Nelson, also of Zanesville was charged by federal authorities along with seven other people with conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance.
