City Council denies Texas Roadhouse proposal

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – City Council met on Monday night to discuss the proposed Tax Increment Financing agreement that could have potentially brought a Texas Roadhouse to Zanesville.

Mayor Jeff Tilton said that the requested 15-year, 75 percent tax abatement was denied. He said without the agreement, there will be no deal met.
