Zanesville Man Cited for 6th OVI Offense
The Highway Patrol says a Zanesville man has been charged with his 6th operating a vehicle while impaired offense. Troopers say 35-year-old David Arbuckle was stopped in the City of Zanesville on March 2nd which resulted in his arrest. Investigating troopers say they determined he was operating a vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs. The case will be forwarded to the Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office for charges to include felony OVI.
