Most Wanted Suspect Back in Custody

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office says one of two most wanted suspects this week is back in custody. Deputies say 51-year-old Thomas Smith was picked up Thursday. He was wanted for over 3 charges of Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence in the past 10 years. The search for the other most wanted suspect, Joshua Spargrove, continues.  He is wanted for possession of meth.
