Riverview, FL – Bartley D. Cooper formerly of Zanesville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2014. He was born August 20, 1951 to Bartley and JoAnn Cooper. He was a 1969 graduate of Bishop Rosecrans High School. Bartley was retired from Precision Communications Services in Tampa, FL and a retired staff sergeant from the United States Army. Bartley volunteered his time tutoring after school children.
He is survived by his parents Bartley and JoAnn Hupp Cooper; two brothers, Jeff (Joy) Cooper and Tom (Jodi) Cooper; four sisters, Cathy Addis, Mary Sue (Steve) Fenton, Barbie Cooper, and Carol Curry and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Otto Hupp, Joseph and Florence Hupp Levandusky and Bessie and Bartley C. Cooper.
SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 W. MILITARY RD is in charge of the services. A private family graveside service was held on Saturday, September 20, 2014.
