Vernon T. “Vern” Fisher (September 11, 1951 – April 28, 2016)

Vernon T. “Vern” Fisher, 64 of Zanesville passed away Thursday April 28, 2016 at Genesis Hospital after a brief illness surrounded by his family and friends. He was born September 11, 1951 in Zanesville a son of the late Gerald and Joyce Hughes Fisher.
Vern was a 1969 graduate of Maysville High School and spent his career as a meat cutter with the local IGA Stores. He enjoyed Harley Davidson motorcycles, restoring old cars, the outdoors and working in the yard.
He is survived by two sons Matt (Heather) Fisher of Nashport and Tom Fisher of Zanesville; two sisters Candy (Steve) Johnson and Robin (Bill Sr.) Winsor both of Zanesville; three granddaughters Alisha, Ava and Lyla.
