Eva L. Medley (May 7, 1922 – May 16, 2016)

ZANESVILLE
Eva Lois Medley 94 of Zanesville passed away on Monday May 16, 2016 at Genesis Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Glouster, Ohio on May 7, 1922 to the late James and Jesse Humphry Roberts. She retired from Lear after many years of dedicated employment.
She is survived by four sons: Robert “Polly” Medley, Phillip (Amy Potts) Medley, Johnnie (Shelia) Medley, and Michael Medley, a daughter Sandra (Ronald) Baughman, a special daughter-in-law Denise Medley, nine grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Medley who passed away in 1979, a daughter Reda Dilley, four brothers: Earl, Donald “Pete”, Forrest “Jimmy”, and Robert Roberts, four sisters: Hazel Yocum, Edith Leginor, Opel Yocum, and Stella Williams, and five grandchildren: Conrad Dilley, David Dilley, Johnny Medley Jr., Danny Hayes Jr., and Christina Medley.

Calling hours will be 2-5pm on Thursday May 19 and one hour prior to services at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Friday in The Snouffer Chapel. Burial will follow in Wesley Union cemetery.
