James R. Mohr Jr. (December 17, 1950 – June 23, 2016)

James R. “Jimmy” Mohr Jr., 65, of Zanesville, died at 12:54 P.M. on Thursday, June 23, 2016, at the Genesis Hospital ICU. He was born December 17, 1950, in Zanesville, a son of the late James R. and Eileen Davis Mohr Sr. He had worked at Christ Table and Starlight Industries, was an avid traveler, loved music, especially The Beatles, and had excellent computer skills.

He is survived by a sister Joan E. Mohr Fawcett of Findlay; a brother Mike (Nancy) Mohr of Zanesville; four nephews, Tracy (Michelle) Mohr of Zanesville, Michael (Tonya) Friia of Pandora, Marc (Christine) Friia of Findlay, and Michael Fawcett of Westerville; a brother in law Danny Fawcett of Zanesville; several great nieces, great nephews, and cousins; and special cousins, Debbie Smith and Bruce Chema, both of Zanesville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a nephew J. D. Mohr; and a brother-in-law Barry Fawcett.

Friends and family may call from 2:00-5:00 P.M. on Sunday, June 26, 2016, at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, June 27, 2016, with Mr. Bill Meaige officiating. He will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville.
