Eva Marie Creeks (January 15, 1927 – July 15, 2016)

ZANESVILLE
Eva Marie Creeks, 89, of Zanesville passed away on July 15, 2016 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House. She was born in Muskingum County on January 15, 1927 to the late Nathan and Annabelle Linn Jewett. She was a homemaker and Dairy Farmer, a member of Timber Run Grange, Farm Bureau, and Meadow Farm Church. She and her husband owned Creeks Family Petting Zoo for many years.

She is survived by three daughters: Irene Smith of Zanesville, Susie Creeks of Zanesville, and Peggy (Howard) Anderson of Roseville, a sister Pastor Doris (Gary) Flynn of Zanesville, six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews , and a good friend Sharon Scott.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Carl Creeks, a son James Creeks, a son in law Ronald Smith, a daughter in law Karen Creeks, and two brothers Howard Jewett and Hugh Jewett.
Calling hours will be 5-8pm on Tuesday July 19 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE. Funeral services will be at 11am on Wednesday in the Snouffer Chapel with Pastor Webster Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Wesley Union cemetery.
