ZANESVILLE, Ohio – In a little over a week, Big Brothers Big Sisters will have special hours to kick off their annual fundraiser.

“So they can pick up a packet, they can come learn how they can raiser their funds, get a team together.
She says the money raised by the benefit goes toward helping children be matched with adults who serve as role models.
“The event itself, we always say, ‘It’s the best fun you’ll have in rented shoes.’ We appreciate the community support every year. It really does help go a long way in funding our programs.”
Masterson says says the event this year has a superhero theme — but not all heroes wear capes.
“The actual event is will be April 15th, 16th and 17th at Sunrise Bowling Center and this is our biggest fundraiser of the year. Every year, we — teams will gather, over 100 teams gather, they raise funds for Big Brothers Big Sisters. It serves right here in our area to fund all of our matches and help us support those matches through the life of the match.”
