Bishops Shine in Scrimmage

The Rosecrans Bishops girls basketball team looked impressive Saturday night defeating visiting Buckeye Trail 51-22.
This game was a foundation game that raised money for charitable organizations.
The Bishops were lead by a bevy of key offensive contributors including Makayla Mclaughlin and Kerry Thompson. The Bishops jumped out to a quick 10-0 lead in the first quarter before forcing the first Buckeye Trail timeout.
By the late stage of the first quarter, Rosecrans maintained a double digit lead throughout the night, and were able to lead by over twenty points by halftime.
Rosecrans begins the regular season November 20 when they travel to Maysville.
