Brock heading to West Point to play softball

DRESDEN, Ohio – Tri-Valley dual sport athlete Annie Brock is going to continue her athletic career while serving her country.

Wednesday, Brock signed to play softball for the United State Military Academy. Brock, who also competed in gymnastics at Tri-Valley, said the going to a service academy has always been a dream of hers.

Brock has had a stellar softball career at Tri-Valley. She batted .548 for the Scotties last year and had the most stolen bases on the team the past two seasons.

Brock said that she plans to major in life sciences at West Point and then go to med school.
