Car crashes into church sign in downtown Zanesville

ZANESVILLE, Ohio–The Zanesville Police Department is investigating a one vehicle accident at the corner of Shinnick and 5th Streets.

It happened shortly after 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Police said the female driver lost control of her car and struck the sign outside of Grace United Methodist Church.

The driver was not injured.

The accident remains under investigation.
