Confident ‘Skins playing familiar role in final four

COSHOCTON, Ohio – Coshocton will be playing the underdog role in the D-V state semifinal against four-time defending champion Coldwater Saturday night.
Based on the Redskins’ recent playoff results, they’re probably OK with that.
Fresh off regional wins over previously unbeaten Garaway and Wheelersburg, Coshocton will try its luck against the Cavaliers in the Redskins’ second final four appearance in school history.
Jim Woodrum’s ‘Skins dethroned top-ranked Wheelersburg, 30-20, in the Region 19 final last Saturday for their 12th win of the season.
Coldwater also won its 12th game in regional final action, taking down Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, 35-21.
The Redskins’ lone loss came Week 8 to Dover, while the Cavaliers feel to Minster in Week 7.
Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. from Braves Field on the campus of Olentangy High School.
