Correction: Skaggs Death-Trial story

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — In a story published February 14, 2022, about a trial related to the overdose death of Los Angeles Angels pitcher Tyler Skaggs, The Associated Press erroneously reported a detail involving the working relationship between Adam Chodzko and the defendant, Eric Kay. Chodzko was not Kay’s superior on the Angels’ communications staff.
