Crooksville Teacher Pleads Not Guilty

A Crooksville High School teacher charged in connection with kissing a female student has entered a plea.  Perry County Court records indicate that Danielle Lusk pleaded not guilty in the case.  Lusk has been charged with one count of contributing to the unruliness of a minor. Crooksville Schools Superintendent Russ McGlothlin was made aware by the Perry County Sheriff’s Department that it was investigating a situation involving the 29-year-old teacher and a female student.  Lusk resigned from her position in May after admitting kissing the student.  The Court set Lusk’s bond at $5,000 and ordered her to have no contact with the victim while the case in pending in court.
