Daniels Pleads Guilty in Death of Wife
The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office says the husband of a woman shot to death pleaded guilty Thursday in Common Pleas Court. 28-year-old Josh Daniel entered the plea to multiple charges including aggravated murder, conspiracy to aggravated robbery and theft. Daniels was charged in connection with the death of 25-year-old Brandy Daniels of Nashport on May 5th of 2014. Judge Kelly Cottrill ordered a pre-sentence investigation. Daniels is being held without bond.
