Day Two of 19th Annual Hearth, Home, and Away Show

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Day two of the 19th Annual Hearth, Home and Away Show took place at Colony Square Mall on Saturday, February 9th.

The event gives homeowners the opportunity to learn new ideas and updates for their housing. There are a variety of different companies that attend the event throughout the weekend.

Bath Fitter’s Showhand and Representative Theodore Crites said, “Where they go around, we can install bathtubs, showers. We can either do a shell that goes overtop or we can just pull out the whole existing tub and replace it with something new.”

Crites enjoys getting to talk to the customers and different businesses at these type of events. He said these showings typically have a great turnout and are important for businesses like Bath Fitter.

“Events like this actually bring in about 60% of our sales for us. The other 40% obviously come from online and tv commercials and stuff. Having events like this allows us to get out there, talk to the customers, show them the product and give them an explanation of what we can do for them,” Crites said.
