Dog of the Week

Milo

MUSKINGUM COUNTY, Ohio- The Muskingum County Dog Warden and Adoption Center has named Milo its dog of the week.

Milo is spayed and very friendly, calm, and affectionate. She gets along with others. However, a family without cats is suggested.

“She is a younger dog. She is a female Pit mix. She actually came in to our adoption center the first of March. She was an owner release, so we were able to get a little information about her. They told us she does not get along well with cats and that they would prefer her to probably be an only,” Doug McQuaid said.

Milo would best fit with a family who is active. She enjoys car rides and walks.

“Maybe a little bit more of an energetic family and would want her to go with her, but she walks easy. Once she gets going on, once she gets to the point where shes got her pace going, she kind of keeps the same speed and is very manageable,” McQuaid said.

If you are interested in meeting Milo, schedule an appointment through the Adoption Center and a volunteer will assist you and answer any questions.
