Dog Warden Names Dog Week

ZANESVILLE, Ohio-The Muskingum County Dog Warden and Adoption Center has named its dog of the week.
This week’s dog is Aiden. Aiden is a very playful pup that is well beloved by the warden employees.
“He’s probably about two years old. He came to us on November 6th as a stray. He also came in with a sister, we think it’s a sister cause they look similar. He’s very playful, a very loving dog, he likes playing with toys. We have a play yard we like to do meet and greets in, The volunteers take them in there and play with them, see how they get along with other dogs.”, dog warden Bryan Catlin said of Aiden.
Aiden would be perfect for almost any family. Every dog has a certain type of family they would be perfect for.
“We always suggest, ya know, if you have children or other pets, bring them out. It’s always good to come out and do meet and greets, that way we know before you adopt the dog. That way we know before you adopt the dog. We hate to have you adopt a dog, bring them home and then bring them back because it just didn’t work out. We don’t like adoption failures, we always like to have the success stories.”
Potential adopters need to make an appointment over the phone before their meet and greet with the dogs.
