Former Most Wanted in Court

A former Muskingum County Most Wanted suspect was in court on Wednesday.

38-year-old John Tullius, of Frazeysburg, plead guilty to a Prosecutor’s Bill on Information in front of Judge Mark Fleegle. Tullius guilty plea was in regards to one count of failure to register as a sexual offender.

A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and bond set at $200,000.
