Blue Devils head coach Chad Grandstaff gets his 100th victory as head coach of Zanesville. They’ll take on Big Walnut next Friday night.

The Bishops quarterback Brenden Bernath ran 8 yards for a touchdown with just four minutes left in the game to make it 22-20 East. However, the two point conversion for Rosecrans was no good and the Bishops would fall by that score. The Bishops had 318 yards of total offense, 197 of which was passing. Bernath went 12-23 on the night with one touchdown. Rex Hankinson led in rushing yards with 14 carries for 86 yards.

Cambridge shut out Indian Creek after the first quarter to pick up their first victory of this new season. Caden Moore was 14 of 24 for 255 yards passing with 3 touchdowns. Easton Jones carried the ball 15 ties for 99 yards and a touchdown. Davion Jeffrey, Devin Ogle and Xander Caldwell each had receiving touchdowns with Jeffrey leading in reception yards at 81. Kaden Kenworthy lead in receptions with 5.
