The Wildcats Mayci Sayre and Pippy Brown each scored a goal in the victory. Goaltender Megan Herriott made 4 saves.

Cambridge beat Martins Ferry 18-25, 15-25, 15-25. Camryn Gebhart had 12 digs, 7 kills with 2 aces and 1 block. Ava Byerly had 1 kill, 7 digs and 3 aces. Ziciah Gibson had 8 kills, 16 digs, 4 aces and 2 blocks. The Bobcats travel to Philo Saturday for a varsity only match at 10am.

Coshocton fell to Meadowbrook 18-25, 25-22,18-25,29-31. Coshocton back in action Saturday versus Indian Valley.

John Glenn swept Maysville in 3 sets 9-25, 19-25, 18-25. The Muskies Kara Fields had 9 kills, 1 block. Emma Johnson had 9 kills, 22 assists, 2 aces, 21 digs and 2 blocks. Abby Buchtel added 9 kills, 17 digs, Hannah DeMattio had 7 kills and 3 blocks.
The Panthers are now 1-5 in the Muskingum Valley League and 3-6 overall. Hannah Fulkerson had 1 ace, 9 assists, 5 digs and 3 kills. Emma McPeck had 1 ace, 17 digs and 1 kills. Jayda McGarvey had 1 ace, 3 digs and 4 kills. Izzy Hutchisen added 1 dig and 6 kills and Rachel Jarvis had 6 digs and 3 kills.

The Black Bears were able to outlast the Scotties in five sets 25-17, 16-25, 32-34, 25-23, 15-7.
River View’s Ashley Newell hit 17 kills with six blocks and Alivia Spaulding chipped in 15 kills and three blocks. Kayla Dulgar passed out 45 assists, becoming the sixth player in program history to surpass 1,000 for her career. She also collected 15 digs, seven aces and three blocks, Cayla Shrimplin made 21 digs with four aces and Adison Smith was 100% serving. The Scotties fall to 6-1 overall.

The Wildcats took down Hilliard Darby in three sets 21-25, 20-25 and 21-25. Layne Sanford had 5 Kills, 22 Assists, 2 Aces, and 15 Digs. Junior Avery Reagan added 7 Kills. Bella Martinez had 6 Kills. Jaylen Jackson 4 Kills, 1 Block, and 11 Digs.

The John Glenn Muskies won in a tri-match at the Wildfire Golf Course to improve to 13-0 in the MVL. They were led by Adam Johnson who shot a 39, Noah Dever with a 40, Drew Johnson 43 and Owen Van Fossen 45.
West Muskingum’s Jack Porter medaled with a 36. Teammates Reid Lemity put up a 43, Ethan Smith a 46 and Landon McWhorter a 53.
Tri-Valley’s Cadan Pieper shot a 41 on the day. Dan Sparks 43, Jack Grear 48 and Ely Maddox 49.
