Juanita Thomas-Hill

Juanita S. Thomas-Hill, 56, of Zanesville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on Saturday October 24, 2026, at Willow Haven Nursing Home.
She was born in Zanesville, Ohio, daughter of the late Jerry Thomas Sr. and Sue (Hill) Thomas. Juanita worked at Economy Linen and Ritchie’s Produce for many years. In her free time, she enjoyed going to the library and working on puzzles. Above all, she loved her time with her family and special dog, May.
In addition to her mother, Juanita is survived by her 4 siblings: June (Brandon) Fisher, Mandy (Robert) Shiplett, Jerry (Kim) Thomas, and Roger Thomas; nieces, Kaylynn Shiplett and Bailey Thomas; nephews, Mason Thomas, Ashton Fisher, Landon Fisher, Colton Shiplett, and Hunter Thomas; great nephew, Elijah Thomas; special dog, May; many other family and friends.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Michael Hill; grandparents, Hazel and James Thomas, Mary and Ernie Caplinger, and Denzell Hill Sr.
A dignified cremation has been entrusted to DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home.
