Keagan McLaughlin signs to play at Notre Dame

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Keagan McLaughlin of Bishop Rosecrans has signed on to play college soccer at the University of Notre Dame.

McLaughlin started for three years as goalie for the Bishops and his freshman year at forward. McLaughlin’s list of accomplishments at BRHS could go from Rogge Gym all the way to Notre Dame Stadium. He was an All-American in 2016, twice named to the NSCAA Great Lakes State Region high school team, and was three times named to the All-Ohio team.

McLaughlin listed Dayton, Dartmouth, Davidson, and Princeton as schools he was also interested in. However, he said when he first visited South Bend as an eighth grader he instantly fell in love with the school. McLaughlin said he plans to major in business.
