Kimble Pleads Not Guilty

A Muskingum County Most Wanted suspected appeared in Common Pleas Court Wednesday.

Matthew R. Kimble plead not guilty to failure to comply, two counts of OVI and driving under suspension.

Judge Mark Fleegle set Kimble’s bond at $50,000.
