Last Minute Holiday Shopping at the Farmers Market at Weasel Boy
ZANESVILLE, oh – A farmers market was held at Weasel Boy in Zanesville on December 17th, bringing in last minute Christmas shoppers.
The farmers market had about 15 different vendors set up. It was a great place for last minute Christmas shopping with a wide variety of handmade items, baked goods, crafts, soaps, and more. Not only could you get your last minute gifts, but also your last minute holiday snacks.
“Not just last minute Christmas shopping for your gifts and such but, lots of people have different things that you can do for your stews, for your cooking for Christmas, your last minute baked goods are out here. ” Owner of Whatever’s Clever Farms, Carlos Dandridge said.
This Christmas season is a great time to shop local at farmers markets. Shopping small and local is a phenomenal way to buy unique and thoughtful gifts for loved ones. It’s also a fantastic way to help give back to the community and make a difference.
“Last minute gifts are always wonderful here and it’s local business, man. Like your money goes further here than it’s going to go anywhere else.” Dandridge stated.
This was the last farmers market for the season, but more are on the way in the spring.
