Licking County wins close game at home

NEWARK, Ohio – The Licking County Settlers won a one-run game over the Richmond Jazz to move to one game under .500.

The Settlers scored in their first at bat and added two runs in the sixth and seventh each to win over their Indiana counterpart 5-4. The Settlers are 8-9 on the season now.

Licking County plays the Jazz again on Sunday at 4:05 p.m.
