Maysville girls storm by Morgan in league opener

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – The Maysville girls basketball team is now 2-0 on the young season, and both wins have been blow outs.

Last week it was a 57 point win over Centennial and Wednesday night it was a 81-35 home win over Morgan to open up league play.

It was a pair of underclassmen that dominated for Maysville. Sophomore Kassidy Rock and freshman Bailee Smith both scored 19 points in the win.

The Lady Panthers will next play Saturday when they go to Thornville to battle Sheridan.
