4 taken to hospital after crash in Roseville

ROSEVILLE, Ohio – The State Highway Patrol is investigating a two vehicle accident in Roseville that sent four people to the hospital on Wednesday.
It happened around 4:15 p.m. on State Route 93 near the Family Dollar.
According to Sgt. Jeff Jirles with the Zanesville Post, 38-year-old William Boring was driving his 2004 Chevy Impala northbound when a 2016 Hyundai Tucson driven by 63-year-old Sharon Shiplet entered SR 93 from Fultonrose Road. Jirles said the two vehicles collided in the intersection.
Sgt. Jirles said Boring was thrown from his vehicle and was taken by medical helicopter to Grant Hospital in Columbus with serious injuries. A 28-year-old passenger in Boring’s vehicle, Austin Luderman, was also flown by medical helicopter to Grant Hospital with serious injuries.
Authorities said a second passenger in Boring’s vehicle, a 16-year-old, was taken to Genesis Hospital as well as Shiplet.
The State Highway Patrol said charges are pending.
