Muskies prepare for second ranked Mount Union

 

NEW CONCORD, Ohio – In a year that has been filled with many challenges, the Muskingum (1-7, 0-7) football team will have their biggest task of the year this Saturday.

The Muskies will hit to the road to take on Mount Union (8-0, 7-0) in the second to last game of the season. The Purple Raiders are ranked second in the nation and haven’t had a game that was closer than 29 points all year. The Muskies haven’t beat Mount Union since 1984.

Saturday’s kickoff in Alliance is 1 p.m.
