Muskingum County most wanted suspect

MUSKINGUM CO., Ohio-– The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a most wanted suspect.

Authorities are looking for 38-year-old John Tullius, also known as Frank Carcaterra, of Frazeysburg.

Tullius, who is a registered sex offender, is wanted on a felony warrant for failing to register a change of address.

Anyone with information on Tullius’ whereabouts is urged to call the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office at (740) 452-3637.
