Noble County man facing 14th OVI charge

Crime Stoppers Offer Reward In Theft At Newark Business

 

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have charged a Summerfield man with his 14th OVI.

59-year-old Raymond Freeman was arrested after a traffic stop on Jan. 2. Troopers found Freeman on I-70 near the Norwich exit after responding to reports from other motorists of a reckless driver. Troopers conducted a traffic stop and then arrested Freeman for an OVI.

He is scheduled to appear in Muskingum County Court on Jan. 6. If convicted it would be his 14th offense.
